Lemon zest, tart green apple, pineapple, and saline in the background but predominantly popcorn, butter, and toast. Big, round, and weighty with a lot of flavor coming in the back end, finishing with creaminess and oak. But at the end of the day, toast. Needs a creamy rich dish by its side.

Very oaky, which protected it from oxidation. For an eight year old wine it is tasting pretty good. Lots of honey among the oak.
