Cassis and licorice notes but unbalanced and lacking structure. Acidity without tannins. Cheap and overripe cab for the bland masses. Drink now or discard.

Delicious! Very smooth and easy to drink. Definitely tasted the toasted oak finish. Paired it with uncured capicola and Boursin Gournay cheese (Garlic & Fine Herbs)! #heaven #waterbrook #wallawalla
