Clear, medium ruby in color; on the nose, it's clean with pronounced primary and secondary aromas of blackberries, black plums, and baking spices; on the palate, it's dry with medium acidity, high tannins, high alcohol, full body, and pronounced primary and secondary flavors of blueberries, black cherries, violets, clay pots, and mint with a long finish. This wine is complex and intense, but a little too tannic. Overall, I rate this wine as very good.

Pale ruby in color; plums, black cherries, and cedar on the nose; high acidity; medium plus tannins; tastes like blueberries, raspberries, and clay pots with a long finish. Nellie says it's like ok. I like it.
