In der Sängerei Riesling

Forgot to post this last night. Prior notes apply. Soft and easy going. 10.5% abv makes this easy to consume. Some lemon oil on the finish.

It’s easy going…Petrol on the nose, with a wisp of honey. Quite soft, yet crisp on the palate. David pointed out the sugar, and it’s evident. This would pair nicely with foie gras. Tasing white peach and lemons on the finish. Moderate acidity - drinking window is now.

Sits in my sweet spot. Sugar to amplify the honeyed notes and acid to quench thirst. So so good. Everything.

Singed honey and petrol, pumpkin guts, sweet naval orange.

Honey, peaches, green herbs, and spice. Sweet is perfectly balanced with intense acidity which folds into a finish of explosive fruit. Honeyed tangerine and peach linger on and on and on and conclude with a bitter grapefruit note. Spectacular Riesling.

Could drink this all day. Great price too.
