I haven't tried a lot of 15's, but I love the balance of mineral and fruit tipped toward mineral that you see in the 14. This has plenty of apricot and candied lemon fruit, but the acid really holds the reins. A great companion to franco-Moroccan chicken with apricots and carrots.

I'd love this blind but as good as it is I merely like it a lot. Hohen is the geekier of the 1er Crus. This vintage has a touch of tropical fruit which is delicious but slightly less geeky mineral focus than cooler years. Still quite delicious. Bought from Fass selections.
