Gruner with intensity set on “max.” Very concentrated, cranked acidity. Lemon, pepper and floral aromatics, some fennel seed, pear and apricot. Did I mention the savage levels of acidity? Not a complaint mind you but maybe another year or two could help settle and integrate things
