DURIAN. Perfect aroma replica of the gasoline-y, decaying fruit, scallion fumes coming off of a freshly cracked durian. Off-dry, good minerality though less zippy than my preferred Riesling producers. Would be amazing paired with a dim sum durian puff. @ Foxface Natural
