Medium gold with subtle green hint; lemon, herbs and chalky nose; texture is just oily, palate is more rich than ripe yet still somewhat delicate with a strong mineral component and quite saline at finish. This was a magnificent match with the “White Asparagus, Lovage & Salted Lemon.”
