Bought this for my sister-in-law who likes off-dry to sweeter Rieslings. Pleasant, loaded with apples, peaches, and some citrus but too sweet for me.

Mineral taste right off the top and so sweet. Tastes of green apples and some citrus. Not my favorite but will drink if I have to. Ok so this got better with food. I did a baked avocado with spicy grapefruit chermoula and wine seemed less sweet and more mineral in a good way. So I think paired with good, spicy food, this could work.
