Allewinden savagnin

German Savagnin and a brilliant interpretation. of this Jura specialty. Nose is hay, lemon, minerals and some grapefruit but it needs more air to reveal itself but my goodness the palate is just stunning. Rich but acidic with terrific mouthfeel and depth. Balanced and pure with terrific length and a lovely richness that lingers.
