William Hill Estate Winery
North Coast Cabernet Sauvignon
A good flavor right at the beginning but very shallow and doesn’t follow-thru with much more than that initial burst of dark fruit.

Dec 15th, 2022Surprisingly delightful with it’s balanced taste. Not very dry and even a hint of sweet at the finish. Not bad since it was at the Washington Convention Center

Jan 29th, 2022Pretty good wine at a low price. Especially if your drink it during a Post Modern Jukebox concert. 🎶

Jun 16th, 2019On the jammy side and pretty simple. Dark fruits with mix of vanilla and toasted oat still enjoyable. Kind of taxing to drink though with alcohol present and firm but dull tannins. Serviceable but not memorable. Seemed young too. Was a gift from someone who doesn’t know I don’t love (most) entry level CA Cabs.

May 8th, 2019Drinkable, good wine for the pricepoint. Blackberry jam flavor with mild spice and tannin. Doesn't have the bite of some cheap cabs. Would make a good house wine
