The Foss is the more feminine and floral of the tasting. Blackberries, dark cherries, cherries, strawberries, red roses, some black licorice, raspberry cola, beautiful minerals and embracing chalkiness. Finish is round, lush & juicy dark fruits that last.

Should probably wait another year but not at all disappointed. An amazing single vineyard that over-performs it’s pay grade for WS. Very pretty rose, red fruit and spice with delicate texture. Would really love to know how it softens in another 2-3 years but can go way further.
