Just a touch off dry. Bit of funk on the nose, citrus fruit, honeyed and approachable. Nice acid, but I’m pretty sure it was added. With food, I’m a fan.

I toured this winery years ago. A very small operation.
Semi dry, crisp citrus taste. An excellent white that competes well with California white wine
This will pair well with tonight's Cod dinner.
