Really liked this Merlot. Rich, nice body, fairly smooth. Light caramel, toasted oak, cherry and blackberry.

Beautifully complex. Love the richness of flavor brought on by cedar and caramel notes and the smooth finish of black cherry. Perfect.

It's OK - not the best, not the worst. From the name, I was expecting more of a "smokey" flavor, but this ones a bit too fruity for my tastes. My favorite of the mid-price Merlots is still by 3 Blind Moose.
