Classic Mosel style Riesling. A little more off-dry with noticeable citrus and some stone fruit flavors. Has a typical sulfur smell to it but tastes refreshingly zingy.

Gasoline, smokey slate, a little rubber. "Smells like a garage" said friend. Pear and apricot on the palate. Lime-like acidity. Feels sweeter than most Kabinetts I've had but not unpleasantly so.

Pale color. Lemon zest nose. White citrus, stone fruit, crisp, crisp slate minerality. Lingering finish. Enjoyable. If anything, could use a bit more acidity.

As the wine rep said: "like putting diamonds in my mouth".
Off-dry with great balancing acidity. Present slate minerality, slight chalky grip with lemon, apricot and white cherry juice aspects. Not Badstube!
