The Y Series Viognier

Unusual style for me, but I very much liked it. Tropical fruits and apricot preserves, I would have liked a touch more acidity, but overall quite nice. Full mouthfeel.

Earth, mushroom, black truffle. Green tea, spice. Ripe Apple and pear. Kind of funky. M acid and body. Hot. Overripe lemon and grapefruit. M- finish.

Interesting blend of aromas, fruity citrus, fresh cream, earthiness (mushrooms?), and floral notes.

Rich taste with flavors of apricot, ginger, and hints of peach, apple. Good acidity.

Strong honeysuckle, with white flowers, lemon, and lychee. Tart, high acid, and mineral. Pairs very well with brie.

For under $9 at the grocery this is a winner.

This wine is bursting with aromatics. Honeysuckle explodes on the palate with medium minus acidity. Long finish. Great bottle. Better than any USA Viognier I've had. Makes me want to try Condrieu

The best pairing we could figure out with shrimp. Lemon on the nose.

Apricots, highly acidic, and medium bodied

Enjoyed with several different dishes over the last few days. It's a must buy during the summer
