Definitely a different chard enjoyed tonight, but never would have guessed it was 12 years old. This one had some slight evidence of butter, but mostly mineral rich. Stelvin capped wine. Finished a bit on the mineral-rich side. If this was a bottle of wine enjoyed at a steakhouse, it would be a really good accompaniment with a bone-in ribeye.
