Soft and accessible. Fairly fruity but quite earthy and old-school. Does not feel like a modern Napa cab. I would guess that there’s a decent bit of merlot in this, but I can’t be sure. Mulberries for days. Lacks a little bit of acid if I’m being a critic, but this was great with a peppered steak on a Friday night  — 4 days ago

Pretty interesting wine. Fairly closed down, dense and structured/tannic for PN. Kinda woody/barrely at this stage, which I never love but it’s clearly well made. Not giving up a ton of fruit, but I could see this being pretty excellent in a few years in the cellar if you like this style.
