All the Darling wines I’ve had are fantastic. This is straight, correct, hands off winemaking. Good extraction. 12.9% Maybe lacks a little bit of length and complexity at this young age, but I would drink this on the regular. Will improve in the cellar. — a month ago

Long cool growing season 11 months 30% new French oak unfined unfiltered. Ripe fruit, very nicely balanced wine 13.5%. Enough acidity. There is an agreeable soft/plushness to this. I think from the 30% new oak there’s some chocolatey lusciousness complexity. It’s good. Probably a crowd pleaser.  — 23 days ago

14% alcohol. Fairly ripe lush fruit forward. Good freshness. Blackberries and herbs. Concrete then neutral French oak. A kiss of brett. 85% Tempranillo. I wouldn’t necessarily guess Rioja, but I really like it. Pair with baked Lesbian feta. — a month ago
