Light-to-medium. Fresh and floral. A bit of chalk and salt. Great seafood pairing. — 10 days ago
Peachy, mineral, a bit of seaspray. Fairly complete wine. It’s really nice, but holy crap $80 retail for this is a big stretch. — 15 days ago

Need an hour of air then it’s money. Drinks like a burg. — 8 days ago
Stashed half a bottle in the fridge for 4 days. Now this is very good. — 19 days ago
This is the Corullon his top wine. Stunning. Pure minerals and tannic structure right now. Almost no fruit. What’s there is dark fruit mixed with some bright red. Medium body and incredible balance. Drinks like if Bordeaux and Burgundy had a baby. Clean and pure. Three more in the cellar. Next one in 2030, if I make it. — 6 days ago
Velvety rich fruit. Kiss of Brett. Ooggaa boogggaaa thats outstanding. — 12 days ago
High acid and tannic. Comes off thin and tight upon opening. Left it open for a couple days and I’m digging it more now with my Sunday ragu. — 18 days ago

On the saturated/ripe side for Baudry. Very primary. Has upside, needs a few years in the cellar. Pair with bbq’d ribs. — 7 hours ago
