Half destemmed half whole cluster, very interesting. Trippy, it’s so earthy and floral with subtle red fruit and zippy acid that it’s reminiscent of a Pinot noir but those grippy tannins ring true of Nebbiolo. My first Ghemme Nebbiolo! Once it opened up it was like a rustic tomato sauce loaded up with dried oregano, almost sweet. Grippy but soft tannins. Ripe cherry and earth. Delicious. — a day ago
