Max's South Australia Shiraz

Fully bodied, with layers of cassis and red fruit. Mellow tannins, but grippy. Good blend.

Enjoyed at Pizza Rio in Gatlinburg. Mild

10/2025. Good flavor. Nice on the palate.

Dark color, good nose. Coats the palate with medium tannins. Great finish.

Heath bar, mocha, fresh tobacco, blue and black berries, jammed and ripe. Pretty hot. Not as peppery as I’d expect, really fruit forward and savory. Drank it over Scrabble, cubed steak with peppers and sweet potato fries.
