Right up against the Dolmite Mountains, warm days, cool nights.
Friuli-Venezia Giulia and Trentino-Alto Adige really deliver.

Totally agree Jamie. I generally love cooler climate wines. In Italy the Valle d’Aosta is another example next to the Swiss Alps in the north west.
