Second bottle taste just as good as the 1st. Great pairing with appetizer of Smoke Trout Salad, Blackened Red Snapper, String Beans and Potato’s with Guanicale made for the most delicious meal!

A fine bottle. The perfect stemware almost fragile. One small swish, then a sip...I knew it was a winner. From the legs that released down the glass to the bouquet that opened up...just insanely fragrant. Perfect pairing with a slow roasted pork belly, sauté beet tops, roasted leeks, potatoes and a simple green salad completed the sides. So glad there’s at least one more bottle.
