Our table quite enjoyed this wine, we had it served slightly chilled. Nice mineral and herb notes on the nose followed by citrus and earthy taste. The finish was a little muddled but long and delicious with some light honey. — 4 years ago

Wine was suggested by the magician himself @Ira Schwartz . We decanted the wine and it was needed. The wine developed well over the course of about 90 mins. At first it was a smooth mineral forward wine but developed some complex fruit flavors such a pear. It paired well with both the short rib lasagna and the sea bass my wife and I had that night. — 5 years ago
