A bit more lighter than other Provence styles I drink. Quite a lot like Whispering Angel.
Comes with a glass stopper instead of cork or screwtop. — 8 years ago
The 2006 vintage has settled down which is a good thing because I have 2 cases....
Still has a big mouth-feel, a little jammy, still has a bit of fruit-forward.
I am drinking with nothing but would be great with fatty steaks or a spicy pizza! — 9 years ago
This is a big and bold wine which does not have to assault your pallet.
Bold bit quite reserved.
Quite drinkable. — 8 years ago

2009 vintage is jammy with current and a pleasant nose.
Going well with spicy Chinese!! — 9 years ago
This is slightly fruit-forward and still dry.
This 2006 still has 4-6 years to go to be silky smooth and let all the tannin out.
Interesting now, but put a case or two down for later. — 9 years ago
Went quite well with a beef fillet at a great restaurant in Woodstock Vermont.
Would order again.
Have its close cousin in my own cellar, quite close; blackberry, subtle tannins, a bit of leather and spice, currant.
Overall nice bottle! — 8 years ago
This is an extraordinary wine which I thought might be vinegar!
Quite smooth, little light, still has some fruit.
Enjoying this with a good friend and it is absolutely amazing!
If you can get some do it! — 9 years ago
Slightly peppery and nicely balanced. This 2009 has settled down and is all it should be.
Drink now and perhaps for 1 more year. — 9 years ago
