Awesome best chocolate wine I have tasted — 9 years ago
Not as spiced as the Witches Brew, and definitely more complex! Very sweet, and as it opens up it loses the spice and becomes more of a nice balanced sweet red blend. — 10 years ago

This 3-year-old Zinfandel from Dry Creek Valley is starting to drink nicely, although still young.
Nicely balanced and fruit forward. Showing mild complexity with a soft mouth feel.
Easy drinking and good by itself as a sipping wine. Tangy, bright and interesting.
Would be nice to revisit it in 3 years, and see how it evolved.
I had it all by itself and paired it with a beautiful sunny day.
