Stone fruit and a bit of acid on the finish. Fantastic local wine. — 5 years ago
A great example of the focus and concentration possible in high quality Prosecco from a Rive in the DOCG area. Adamo gives his wines much more time on the lees for autolysis pickup - quite dramatic for prosecco where it shows up more in the texture than on the nose. Beautiful apple, pear and lemon with striking minerality — 6 years ago

I’m surprised how good this is considering it’s local. I would have believed it’s from California if I tried it blind. Buttery. — 5 years ago
The colour is a 24kGoldn.
This wine is a mood.
... okay I’ll stop.
It’s not the Foxcroft Wild Ferment... but it’s a gem. I can’t believe these grapes are grown 15 mins away from my house. Honeydew. Pear. — 4 years ago
I thought this was a Tuscan wine.
Then! I thought it was from California.
Nope... it’s from Canada.
