Medium ruby in color; blackberries, plums, dried herbs, and baking spices on the nose; medium plus acidity; medium plus tannins; tastes like lavender, blueberries, dark chocolate, camphor, graphite, and clay pots with a long finish. Already so good! Chaillot is much easier to drink young than the more concentrated and rich Reynard. 2020 Chaillot is gorgeous, perfumed and mineral with layered, vibrant fruit and liquid rock minerality. Beautiful wine and perfect with lamb ribs frites for lunch! — 18 days ago
