Les Chemins Carignane Blend 2016

Autumn hedgerow fruit resound on the palate. Gorgeous fruity mouthful, spicy, juicy, well rounded, soft tannins. Highly recommended blend of Carignan, Grenache and Syrah. — 4 years ago

Baronne Philippine de Rothschild

Pastourelle de Clerc Milon Pauillac Red Bordeaux Blend 2016

Wine is dark ruby, on nose its blueberries, some toastiness, caramel,

On palate, its medium acidity, medium intensity, red and black fruits, little bit tannic at the end. Its a good quality wine. Drink it or keep it 3-4 years more. 52% Carbenet Sauvignon, 48% Merlot. Cheers!!

Château Mouton-Baronne-Philippe

Pauillac Red Bordeaux Blend 1975

Our anniversary year! Found a low fill and we had it with filet . Still a fine bottle of wine with amber on the edge but plenty of mature fruit and the signature oak. Top shoulder fill and that is why we drank it. Much sediment but decanting saw a pure Bordeaux with complexity and mouth coating flavor. A treat to consume.😄🍷🍷🍷 — 5 years ago

Domaine Lignères

La Baronne Le Grenache Gris de Jean 2016

So Brett. Wonderful barnyard funk. If you like Brett sour beers, this is your jam. Tart. Thicker body. Heavy white and yellow fruits, but more peach than banana. Needs a more complex/long finish. More lively early so doesn’t need (much) time to open. — 5 years ago
