So good! Full taste yet light due to the bubbliness. Great with steak or probably to sip on. — 3 years ago

Per Bianca of PBB: This wine is vibrant and alive! As is most of the wines from Cantina Indigeno, it has character and presence, with notes of yeast, lemon and pear on the nose. I hate to use the word as many of you know, but it's a little funky in a good way, with a bit of a briney character and a crisp finish with balanced acidity. Also notes of fresh fruit with a slight effervescence, this is a great aperitivo wine that would go great with raw seafood like crudo or oysters.
Me: this is the cassette, made mostly of trebbiano. Not the pecorino — 2 years ago

100% Glera. (Basically a Prosecco Pet Nat). Hazy straw gold color due to unfiltered suspended yeast cells. Very light on the nose with faint notes of apricot, white flowers and dried citrus peel. The palate is vibrant with notes of ripe apple, peach, apricot and a light touch of citrus. Slight mineral note on the medium finish. Nice creamy texture and mousse along with well integrated bubbles. Almost “cider-like.” Excellent palate cleanser. Interesting! — 2 years ago

NV Had this incredibly delicious wine in October 2025. Light-med body, slightly fizzy, soft leather, wild strawberries, cola, some sourdough yeast. So good! Drank with a chill. — 7 days ago
