This is a very interesting wine. Color has started to go golden and the weight seems to be building. Tastes like a Chenin Marsanne cross... waxy and rich but shot through with Meyer lemon juice. Kinda love it!

First experience with the Monastrell grape. Some very nice bouquet and color characteristics. Heavy but very smooth mouth feel. Great body. Good everyday wine. — 4 years ago
Sofisticated nose of red and dark small berries and oak (prominent but not over the top), mineral notes and some chocolate; medium acids and tannins, but mouth filling from beginning to end and what remains after swallowing is fruit basket and pastries. — 6 years ago
