2016 in 10/23. From winery visit on our way to Sta Barbara in the cali yrs. Forget which one. Bought on faith. Didn't disappoint. Oak, acidity, fruit all played well w ea other. Love when new world chard holds up well. 14.5% — a year ago
Very nice, more structure than the 3000 Rosas, fuller body, could be mistaken for non rose — 2 years ago
@Dragonette Cellars another Sebastiano thriller. Always an awesome partner with a Santa Maria Tri Tip. — 4 years ago
Found this gem winery when we visited Santa Maria Valley. Lovely Chardonnay with subtle pear, apricot, stone fruits and a light acidity. The finish has some length. Will visit again. — 4 months ago
Entry-level Chardonnay by great producer in the Santa Maria Valley, sourced from different sites in Santa Maria, Los Alamos and Sta. Rita Hills, in Santa Barbara County. Citrus, green apple, crushed seashells on the nose. Citrus (tangerine), minerals, saline. Good length — 2 years ago
Incredible finish. Tastes like a Douro, Touriga, but has a very delicate and lingering finish. Love love! — 3 years ago
A classic Pinot with bright red fruit supported by earthiness in the background. It was more than a warming note to our Santa Maria tri trip. — a year ago
Nice to taste this Santa Maria Valley bottling alongside the Sta. Rita Hills one. Riper, darker fruits profile but there is still freshness here. Oak is more prominent. Earthier as well with light mushroom and tea leaf notes. Plush palate.
This is a more complex and deeper wine. But I prefer the Sanford bottling slightly. — 2 years ago
