I bought 7 Spanish wines at a good bottle shop in Barcelona. My written notes were put through the wash unfortunately so this is from memory. This Cava was a mid yellow/amber in colour with low bubbles. Oxidative notes on nose and palate. Quite acceptable. — 2 years ago
