Dry Chaume! It’s like a reductive, lean brother to Savennieres. It has a tense/saline nose with fresh apples, hazelnuts, flint and smoke. Palate is minerally and super focused, persistent acidity, alcohol in balance. It will take time to develop — 2 years ago
