Here’s another smoking good southern french white. Very interesting blend and the first time I can remember seeing Carignan Blanc. Also Roussanne Grenache Blanc and Vermentino. Sulfur needs to blow off. So beautifully textured and detailed. Glides across the palate. Green apple, citrus, almond, custard/fondant/banana on the palate and a floral, carnation (?) finish. Seductive. This would be so fun to throw into a blind tasting. Love. — 4 years ago
