Ferzo Teate Montepulciano d'Abruzzo

Honestly, for the price point, this was shockingly good. It’s been a long time since I’ve had a Montepulciano of this caliber. Big body, full fruit, healthy tannins. What more can you want out of a $15 bottle? Applause all around to this house, for producing excellent pecorino too. — 5 years ago

Hits like a cheap Chardonnay from TJs but quickly shifts to a sweet refreshing. Will drink whole bottle in one night. — 5 years ago

Ferzo Terre Di Chieti Pecorino 2018

Medium to light color with a lovely nose and a medium weight complex body with a medium length complex aftertaste. A lovely wine that stood up to 2 California Chardonnay wines easily. Well worth the money — 5 years ago

Turtles Vineyard Malagouzia 2018

Love that this wine helps protect turtles and is great in its own right. Unique flavor like citra hops in an IPA, light an fruity bit like mead (honey and spice). Notes are floral, grapefruit, honey, green pepper, spice, clay minerality. — 5 years ago

Citra

Terre di Chieti Sangiovese

This bargain Sangiovese is a lightweight wine with an appealing nose and palate. Aromas of cherry and raspberry are fresh and cheery. The red fruit flavors are bright and natural, owing to stainless steel vinification and aging. No oak. The finish pales quickly, but it’s an enjoyable sip. — 5 years ago
