Hot nose, big floral, fat berry, tar, chocolate. Medium dry tannins, lots of oak, takes away a bit from the fruit. Tight. Needs to breathe. I’ll wait to score. After two hours it’s put on weight. Fruit came out and tannins became well integrated. I’d have given it a 87-88 on opening but now it’s a solid 92. — 6 months ago
Clean, not too much taking, bright cherry — 4 months ago
Nice warm CabS aromatics - black fruit, a touch of herbs, a savoury, darker undergrowth edge.
On the palate this is velvety smooth. Amazing quality of tannins - sandy, dusty fine, juicy & fresh. With layers of dark, creamy, slightly plush fruit on top. Impeccably balanced and with nice depth. A minty hint of+ a touch of vanilla & spice.
Unmistakably Tuscan yet nicely Cabernet in parallel. What a lovely wine! — 6 months ago

Surprisingly delicious. Bartlett pear, wax, lemon - bright flavors slightly tart. Worked in many levels. — 2 months ago
Yum fun and natural? Very full and fizzy. Grape and minerals — 4 months ago
Dark ruby core with a garnet rim. The nose is full of aromas of dried cherry, violets, rose petals and leather. Dark cherry, cranberry and raspberry fruit flavors. Hint of black pepper on the short finish. Medium bodied with light tannins and mouth watering acidity. No evidence of oak aging. Basic “pizza wine,” but quite gulpable. Excellent QPR. — 7 months ago

Unusual as it has way more earth than usual for a Prosecco. Very interesting as it’s not just mass produced fizz. Do not waste by adding OJ — 5 days ago
