Pair well with butternut squash ravioli and smoked gouda sauce. Textured and mineral, lightly saline. Fresh and rich at the same time. Young apricot, pear, apple. — 5 years ago
Unusual wine, similar to an orange wine from Vancouver Island. Crisp with notes of tart pink grapefruit, lots of minerals, very dry. Great on its own, and surprisingly good with blue cheese. — 6 months ago
Great bottle of bubbles for NYE 2020 — 4 years ago
Light floral, crisp pear and green apple, hint of honey and a mineral finish. Lightly carbonated. Pairs well with seared scallops in a butter sauce with a rich risotto. — 4 years ago
Very Fruit forward, and about as full a Pinot as you will get. Almost like a California Pinot. Very very impressed, this is a cut above anything else from the Cowichan Valley. On par with any premium Pinot noir from BC. Try it if you find it! — 2 years ago
Crisp apple and pear with mineral notes. A typical Vancouver Island white wine. Nice flavours, but a bit young. Actually tasted better the second day. — 4 years ago

Very similar to Vancouver Island Pinot noir. Lots of minerals and black cherry, with some pepper and a dry finish. — 6 months ago
