Light floral, crisp pear and green apple, hint of honey and a mineral finish. Lightly carbonated. Pairs well with seared scallops in a butter sauce with a rich risotto. — 4 years ago

Wasn’t sure about what to expect. Vancouver Island wines are rather rare off the island. This was a lovely accompaniment to crab & shrimp cakes and scallops. Nice Pinot Noir fruit and acidity. — 6 years ago

Very Fruit forward, and about as full a Pinot as you will get. Almost like a California Pinot. Very very impressed, this is a cut above anything else from the Cowichan Valley. On par with any premium Pinot noir from BC. Try it if you find it! — 2 years ago
