Black cherry, herbs, tobacco, spice. Nice Eola-Amity Hills Pinot, although lacking in complexity and structure. Good QPR. — 6 years ago
Fruit forward--cherries and red plum, faint spicines or note of cacao. Silky palate, long finish.

The ratings and notes on this wine were surprisingly low. I decanted the wine for a little over an hour and a half and thought it showed very well. Not necessarily the most complex Brunello, but a good value, fruit, and tanins. I bought it from Weygandt in D.C. on a whim and will definitely be going back for more.
