Bitter on its own - best to let breathe. Sour cherry drop and tobacco flavor, smooth and silky, spicier when paired with a meat dish (had with ground lamb). — 2 months ago

Another solid vintage of this consistently good wine. Primarily Verdejo with small amounts of Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay blended in. Deep straw gold color. Aromas of green apple, citrus and white flowers. The palate features green apple, grapefruit, lychee and lemon with additional notes of fresh herbs and fennel seeds. Nice mouth cleansing finish. Ripping acidity and well balanced. Medium-plus body. Thanks for the taste, Chris B! — 3 months ago
