Nice, rounded Porter from the folks at Guinness. It has a dark colour with a very acceptable light carbonation and nut brown head that goes quite quickly. Taste wise, this is mild and smooth with hints of toffee and chocolate. Lovely. — 2 years ago
Brought by a friend for our dinner at Dia Deka. Decanted at the table and served about an hour after opening. Dark purple with scarlet purple rims. Totally opaque, dense like Guinness. Fruit forward nose. Notes of black fruit, mocha, earthy spices, blueberries, cedar wood, some smoke and some vanilla. Rich and dense in the mouth. Well balanced. Still a baby. Powerful stuff — 4 years ago
I don’t normally do this but I’m Irish and I know this is right to share. Half a pint of Guinness with a half pint with this awesome beer. My Mom, my friends…think this the best drink I ever made them. It’s a must try! — 3 years ago
It’s not wine, but on St. Paddy’s Day, there’s nothing better — 4 years ago
On the lighter side but perfect amount of dryness. Not too sweet. Cherry forward — 8 months ago
Maan Saab, feels this wine is easy to drink, smooth and mild like having a chill pint of Guinness. Well I guess Maan Saab can't get over with Guinness for sure. It smells fruity, definitely feels wet and reminds Maan Saab of having 7Eleven's slurpee on a hot sunny day. Maan Saab has decided this will be his go to white wine for days and years to come. — 3 years ago
