Nice nose. Cherry creme burlee. Flavors are funky and a bit woodsy. Slightly tart. Has a zippy, zingy side. Bitter and slightly tannic to finish with plenty of acid too. Dark fruits in spades (plums, cherries, figs, and cassis). Good with goat cheese and grilled figs. The acids cut right through the sweet figs and goats. — 5 years ago
