Hmm Czech wine. I only know the beers. Color is bright golden. Almost brass. Smells good. Lemon bar and pineapple sparkling water. Just a hint of stream bank or ocean mist. Excellence on the palate. Zingy, supple and tart. Apples. Like really nice tart apples. This is a bit like Riesling, but also has Viognier and Chardonnay elements. The floral and citrus-y side is great. Old musty smell. Similar to an attic.

Ripe black fruit flavor. Fruity but dry.
Medium-full body. Medium acidity. Round velvety tannins. Slight leather scent and flavor.

Medium minus nose.
Rose and citrus peel infused honey with a touch of rubber, viscous and sweet. A bit of botrytis. Low alcohol.
