***I had no idea such witchcraft existed, but the world is a better place with Granny Z's Hard Iced Tea in it. Believe it or not, but this is actually a white wine flavored with tea. Local PA wine for the win. I see that the winery also has varieties including a mint wine, so I will be adding this winery to my bucket list for sure. I have never seen this at any PA Wine & Spirits store, but I bought two bottles at Wegmans (grocery store) in June of 2018. This was the only variety they carried, but if the others are good as the hard iced tea, I'm in for a treat.
Very sweet and literally tastes like sweetened iced tea. Very refreshing and perfect for hot summer days on the deck. It is easy to forget that this is a wine! Wish I could get this out here in the Burgh, but I guess good things come to those who wait! — 6 years ago

Solid black base with cappuccino frost. Fine bubbled spring snow-melt-on-medium-range-mountain lacing. Just shy of sweet, chocolate nose with coffee dusting. Cocoa shell, sprouted barley grain toast, dark rye, medium grilled beef loin. On the palate, cocoa nibs, dark chocolate shavings, mocha grind, with a zippy chocolate effervescence throughout. Top-notch porter, with a balanced body and great depth in a fine porter. — 5 years ago
We both really enjoyed this. Recommendation from a worker at Morton Williams Wine and Spirits (Blair) — 6 years ago
Thanks to Southern Wine & Spirits for unloading all their good stuff at absurdly low prices. $30 for this - seriously!?!? Beautiful. Not all that different from the '07 Bancroft Cab from last weekend. You could have told me this was a cab and I wouldn't have questioned it. No decline here. Great fruit. Elegant, but not light. A little floral. Mellow tannins. Brighter than the cab. Wow. $30! That's silly. Bought 6, but should have stuffed the trunk with more. — 9 years ago

Blend with the local Nebbiolo. Medium–light. Good mountain minerality and a little funky. Tar + roses, graphite, some brambles, lush apple, touch of stewed strawberry, mild tannins and acidity but nice and savory. From Amaro Spirits & Wine. 08/31/21 — 3 years ago
