A nice crisp white wine that really might be one of the better examples of true minerality that I’ve seen. The sensation of wet stone really comes through - would give this bottle to someone who wants to understand what people mean when they say that. What an astonishing wine!
A fresh, enticing nose - white flowers, underripe peach, a bit of green mirabelle plums and, in the backdrop, amazing limestone minerality, crushed seashells, saline notes. Amazing purity here. Very Chablis’esque.
Beautiful mouthfeel with great depth & precision. Juicy, fresh, with white peach and lemony acidity. Incredible length and presence - this just goes on forever - salty, juicy, fresh & pure.
This the very first serious white from central Italy I’ve ever had. Wow!
