Jeroboam, 2018 Vallobera Rioja Crianza.
You know how they say wine is for sharing… shared well.
So much more than expected! Poised and polished, unfolding dark cherry, black plum, and cocoa, framed by fine tannins, savory oak, and a beautiful, effortless balance that lingers like good company long after the glass is empty. — 8 months ago

Clear, deep ruby to purple in color; on the nose, it's clean with pronounced primary and secondary aromas of black plums, graphite, and green peppers; on the palate, it's dry with medium acidity, medium tannins, medium alcohol, full body, and pronounced primary and secondary aromas of blackberries, blueberries, tar, and clay pots with a long finish. This wine is balanced and intense. Overall, I rate it as very good. Nellie likes it too. — 6 months ago
— 3 years ago

This is a wine for red wine and whisky lovers! This 100% Verdejo is replete with grapefruit and notes of minerals. Very neutral, stainless steel style let’s the fruit and viticulture shine❤️ Very easy to discern the flavor profile, a wine for the cognoscenti❤️ — 6 years ago

100% Pinot Grigio from Abruzzo. Light straw color. Aromas of orchard fruit, citrus, white flowers and fresh herbs. Bold green apple flavor with additional notes of lemon/lime, pear, green melon and those fresh herbs. Hints of saline and minerals on the medium-plus and slightly (pleasantly) bitter finish. Quite fruit forward but still very dry. Mouth watering acidity and quite bright, clean and fresh. 12.5% ABV. Quite refreshing on a summer day. Thank you for sharing, Mark S! — 17 days ago
