Day1: Juicy tropical limeade opened w crushed white stones and petrol, whiffs of lilacs, jasmine honeysuckle. Sweet and delicate w a vibrating zingy energy. Peaking at 11 years but the rocks and petrol signaling it’s got 5+ years of resolve Im guessing. — 4 years ago

As much as I try to pair reds w the Thanksgiving meal #Riesling always seems to work best…and helps w keeping the turkey moist and adding an extra element to the gravy base 😉
