Over ripe black plums, fermented honey, yasss ⭐️ can I make some super spicy Vietnamese chicken wings with this 💁🏻‍♀️🐔

Sweet aromas of ripe peaches, nectarines and honey, hints of petrol too. Dissolved CO2 still very present, cutting nicely through its generous style (rich Auslese level + 2003, being a hot year). Delicious with Chiangmai style sausage

Absolute bliss. Razor sharp acidity of crisp golden apples. A bright & brilliant example of the vintage. The mold on the cork was a red flag but this Riesling is Devine!

I've been hard on '03s and then this comes along. Grosser Ring stamp of approval means I approve.

If you don't like this you are a clown. Amazing.

Lovely fruit, great with a plate of funky cheese.

Honey and peach with a hint of petroleum asphalt in the nose. Beautifully balanced with great acidity.
