Yummy! Dry! Fall in a bottle. — 6 years ago
One of my favorite #orange wines. Hazy, cidery, juicy, totally funky skin contact vibes. Doesn’t suffer from being overly dry like some organes. Stock up for summer as it doesn’t suffer in flavour when it warms slightly on a hot afternoon. — 6 years ago
One of the best wines I’ve had in a while. Cidery and almost toeing the line of bruised apple. Later morphed and really became full of stone fruit. Apricots and canned peaches. This wine is alive. Just consume it over a few hours and watch it change in the glass. — 7 years ago
Cidery goodness with notes of buttered rum, spices, yeast, and vanilla. A good balance of sweetness acidity and bitterness with effervescence. I'm obsessed. — 8 years ago
Wide, round, cidery, a bit of spritz, quite complexly volatile. Dryish, salty. New for me: no sulfur added Mosel Riesling — 9 years ago
Sweet, but not disgusting like syrup. Has nice flavor, and is amazing for desert after dinner. Usually don't like sweet wine, but this was amazing. On the expensive side, but worth it every once in a while. — 9 years ago
One of my favorites! Tastes like fall. Blend of apples, pear, and crabapples. — 6 years ago
Break it Down: Apples class. This Prosecco definitely had an apple cidery nose and palate, but super light and not sweet. A delightful glass of bubbles! — 6 years ago

Interestingly different than past vintages. A lot of length, bright stone fruit. The usual cidery-ness up front, but without the pink glow of previous vintages...is this still Pinot Grigio? Slope called it ribolla gialla and the color change has me wondering... — 8 years ago
Yes. White wine. (As opposed to stupid rose) Beautiful golden color. No idea what grapes are in here cause bottle doesn’t say. But it’s smooth. Round. Like viogner. No icky citrus or salinity. Read some other reviews and yes totally right on about the Asian pear and it being cidery. Just what the doctor ordered on a Tuesday night after a long day of work. — 8 years ago
I like it, though I like the other keepsakes matters better. This seems light. Definitely dry. — 9 years ago
The first bottle of potters was so good I had to open another one and it is fantastic. This will be a favorite going forward! The grapefruit is subtle and is balanced with the hibiscus. Lovely! — 6 years ago
Dominant green apple flavor, almost cidery, but there’s good depth of flavor, including melon and citrus. Also honeysuckle and a hint of spice, all supported by a nice backbone of mouth watering acidity. — 6 years ago
This was a really cool (and different) wine. Straw yellow, cidery taste - ever changing and delicious. — 7 years ago
Imagine Magners, but good and dry and not so damn sweet — 7 years ago
All the Lassen ciders are so good — 8 years ago
Cloudy light pumpkin; cidery with lime, grapefruit, melon and oxidized aromas; definitively oxidized and yeasty in the mouth recalling vin jaune, balanced by medium plus acidity, a bit astringent and bitter from skin contact; all of which make for good balance with a touch of VA and long finish — 9 years ago
