I’ve always loved the 2003 Napa Cabernets despite vintage charts and reviews.

This wine was procured at auction dirt cheap and it’s one of the early Kelly Fleming wines - maybe 2nd vintage.

Needed airtime and oxygen. Still a lot of power and dark flavors. Fruit remains and it’s quite a solid wine. Winner in my book — 3 months ago

Tasted side by side with 2014 I think this (90+ pts) showed a tiny bit of pyrazines that made me prefer the older vintage.

After tasting a GREAT barrel-sample of their 2018 I think this is a winery to watch. — 5 years ago

Adore this wine, admittedly because it’s a special one to Kelly and me. But at least we picked a good wine to be special for us.
