Very good. Nice begin and oak finish. Good. — 2 years ago
Okay, I'm Texan, and an untrained wine hooligan, so forgive me when I say that when I put my nose in this glass I smelled sweet, smoky barbeque, but in a good way! It was hard to smell anything else, but I think I picked up cherry, blackberry and toasted oak (duh?). Silky smooth on the tongue, with dark berries and vanilla. I really like this one. I can't wait to make my family eat it with pork ribs smothered in sweet BBQ sauce. Yes to this. Cheers. — 3 years ago
4/2024. Full bodied with nice texture. Full flavor. Good price point. — 7 months ago
A mature 23 yr old with a cedar and cigar box nose. Silky smooth mouthfeel with well integrated tannins and a lingering warm finish. Perfect with our Valentines Day prime rib and chocolate dessert. — 9 months ago
Strawberry, minerals, delicious. — 2 years ago
Dark purple; a tight nose leads to woodsy, cedar box and slight smoke. Full tannins give way to dark brambly fruits like blackberries and currants. It lingers as a fine wine should. A gem from Kenwood. 2005 a fine vintage. — 7 months ago
Rich fruit and light tannins. Really enjoyed this one! — 2 years ago
